File Indiana and IRS Taxes e.g resident, nonresident, or part-year resident returns now. Keep in mind, the IRS and the respective State Tax Agencies require you to e-file a Federal Income Tax Return at the same time you e-file a State Tax Return. This is not an policy but an IRS and State Agency policy. Thus, technically you cannot e-File anywhere - not just - an Indiana Tax Return without also e-filing the associated IRS Tax Return. But there is good news, please read on.

The extended tax return due date is October 16, 2023. If you owe Indiana and/or IRS income taxes and don't pay them by Tax Day, you will be charged Indiana and IRS late tax payment penalties. Calculate and estimate IRS late payment penalties.
