The IRS - not eFile.com - has rejected your return and you are required to make a correction as a result of a dependent's SSN and Name mismatch at the IRS database.
Solution: Please sign in to your eFile.com account now and click on My Return in the upper left and review the IRS message on the right.
1. Sign in: https://mytaxes.efile.com/1040/SignIn/
2. Click on Federal Taxes -> Dependents via the left side green menu. Then verify the Names and SSNs of each Dependent by comparing the SSN and Names with the SSN card of each Dependent. The IRS receives this information from the Social Security Administration.
3. Make any corrections necessary and re-efile your tax returns again.
4. If your returns keep getting rejected by the IRS, please click on My Account in your eFile.com account and download, print, sign and mail in your return to the IRS.

After that you should contact Social Security Administration (SSA) and review the SSNs and Names of the Dependent on file as the SSA shares this data with the IRS.
