Problem: The IRS—not eFile.com—has rejected your return because of an IRS database validation error.
Solution: Let us help you correct this problem. Sign into your eFile.com account and click "My Return" in the upper left in the green menu section. This is an error message from the IRS tax return processing database and there is nothing to be corrected on your tax return.
Please just wait for at least one hour before you resubmit or re-efile your tax return at no charge. Click Continue at the bottom of the page and continue through checkout.
