Problem: The IRS - not eFile.com rejected your Federal Tax Return Extension because the Spouse's prior year Adjusted Gross Income - AGI - or PIN is incorrect.
Solution: Sign into your eFile.com account: https://mytaxes.efile.com/1040/SignIn/, click on My Return and continue the checkout. Once you reach the AGI or PIN section make sure you entered the correct AGI or PIN. Once you have corrected this continue with your re-eFile process. You can re-eFile your return at no additional charge as many times as it takes to get it accepted.
In some cases the IRS rejects incorrectly. In that case go to "My Account" in eFile.com and download, sign, print paper file your return via mail or call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040.
