Problem: The IRS - not eFile.com - rejected your Federal Tax Return because of the zip code entered under Name & Address.
Solution: Sign into your eFile.com account, click Name & Address, and check the zip code(s) entered. Once you have corrected this, continue with your re-eFile process. You can re-eFile your return at no additional charge as many times as it takes to get it accepted.
In some cases, the IRS rejects incorrectly. In that case, go to "My Account" in eFile.com and download, sign, print, and paper file your return via mail or call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040.
