Problem: The State of Oregon—not eFile.com—rejected your return because the Oregon Signature Checkbox is missing.
Solution: Sign into your eFile.com account at https://mytaxes.efile.com/1040/SignIn/ and click on My Return in the upper left. There you will see additional information on the right side.
Click on File on the left side and add the Oregon Signature Checkbox and re-efile your federal and/or Oregon state returns again at no additional charge.
