Problem: The IRS - not eFile.com - rejected your return because the Identity Protection Personal Identification Number (IP PIN) you entered doesn't match IRS records.
Solution: The IRS issued IP PIN is required to e-file if you are assigned one. Get a new and free IP PIN here online:
Once you have this new IP PIN, sign into your eFile.com account, click on File, proceed through the checkout and efile process again, enter your IP PIN on the appropriate screen, and re-efile your federal and state returns at no charge.
