2. The IRS database indicates the taxpayer must file Form 8862 to claim Child Tax Credit or Other Dependent Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit after dis-allowance. Please download and complete IRS Form 8862. Then download, print, sign and mail your return to the IRS from your My Account. IRS Mailing Address.
