Problem: The California Department of Taxation is asking you to make a correction on your CA Tax Return.
Solution: Please sign in to your eFile.com account now and click on State Taxes in the upper left and review the IRS message on the right.
1. Sign in: https://mytaxes.efile.com/1040/SignIn/
2. Click on State Taxes on the left and click on I'd like to see the forms I've filled out on the right. Select California and review the forms/page you have added.
The CA message provided was: If the return is filed on or after the eFile expiration date then the Request date cannot be later than the date the return was received.
