The IRS - not eFile.com - has rejected your return and you are required to make a correction to Form 2439.
Solution: Please sign in to your eFile.com account now and click on My Return in the upper left and review the IRS message on the right.

2. Follow these steps on how to correct Form 2439.
Once you have opened the page check the EIN etc. as the data does not match IRS records.
