Education Related e-File Program for Students

If you are an international student and part of the CampUSA educational program or any other international education related organization (higher education, college, etc.) you may be required to file a United States income tax return Form 1040 or 1040-NR. If you are not sure where to start, here are the steps on how to prepare a 1040-NR Return plus applicable state tax returns.

On, you can prepare and e-file (file online) a U.S. 1040-NR or 1040 Return and send it to the IRS electronically instead of mailing it in.

Form 1040-NR can also be prepared and e-filed on behalf of a deceased person or an estate or trust. See more details on nonresident aliens and taxes. The income code numbers shown are the same as the income codes on Form 1042-S, Foreign Person's U.S. Source Income Subject to Withholding.
