On payment voucher Form 525-TV, complete the name and address field located on the upper right corner of the voucher. Mail the payment to the GA mailing address with payment below.

Estimated Tax Payment Options

Choose one of these options:
1) Go to the Georgia Tax Center to submit your estimated payment directly to the state tax agency.
2) Submit your estimated tax payment via the Official Payments site.
3) Complete estimated payment voucher Form 500ES. Mail the voucher and check/money order to the Form 500ES mailing address here.
