Colorado Income Tax Return Instructions

A: Access CO Forms

Step 1: Sign in to eFile.com
Step 2: Click on State Taxes on the left menu.
On the right page click on the link I'd like to see the forms I've filled out or search for a form
Step 3: Scroll to the CO State Forms drop-down, click on the the right down arrow
Step 4: Click the form in question and review, edit the entries and save.
or Step 5: Use the CO search box to search for other forms or click on the links below the search box
Step 6: Click on Add Form next to the form name, complete, save and continue.

B: Tax Refund Status

Check your Colorado Tax Refund Status

C: 1099-SSA Attachment

Instructions on how to upload the 1099-SSA PDF file to the CO state return.
Scan the document - if you don't have it in electronic format - then rename the PDF file to 1099SA1.pdf on your desktop etc.
When you click on State Taxes you will see this screen.

Follow the next screen and upload the PDF and continue
