2023 Form PIT-CR - Business-Related Income Tax Credit Schedule

The 2023 Form PIT-CR, titled "NEW MEXICO BUSINESS-RELATED INCOME TAX CREDIT SCHEDULE," is to allow taxpayers to claim-refundable tax credits related to their business income. These credits can be used to reduce tax liability owed to the state of New Mexico, but if the tax due is to zero, the remaining balance of these credits will not be refunded. Some of these credits may require additional forms to be completed and submitted along with Form PIT-CR.
