Form NC-40 - Individual Estimated Income Tax

The Form NC-40  is used to calculate the estimated tax liability for the year and to make quarterly estimated tax payments to the North Carolina Department of Revenue. Taxpayers generally use this form to report their expected income, deductions, and credits for the year, and calculate the estimated tax due.
