Form 8962 - Premium Tax Credit

Form 8962 is used by taxpayers in the United States to reconcile and claim the Premium Tax Credit. The Premium Tax Credit is a subsidy provided under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) to help eligible individuals and families with low to moderate incomes afford health insurance purchased through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
