IRS Tax Return Rejection Code NO-FED-ACCEPTANCE

Problem: The State Tax Agency—not eFile.com—has rejected your State Tax Return because you efiled it with your Federal Tax Return and the IRS rejected your Federal Return. State returns cannot be accepted until Federal Returns are accepted by the IRS first.

Solution: Let us help you turn this rejection into an IRS acceptance. Sign into your eFile.com account: https://mytaxes.efile.com/1040/SignIn/, click File on the left side menu of your account screen, and follow all the on-screen prompts to re-efile your State Return (and your Federal return, if you have not done so yet) at no extra charge. If you need to add any State forms, click on State Taxes on the left. If your State Return keeps getting rejected for any reason, please PRINT your return from your account, sign it, and MAIL it to the state tax agency. See printing and mailing instructions plus addresses based on your resident state. Make sure you have it postmarked by your state tax agency's deadline (see state deadlines at https://www.efile.com/states/) so it's considered filed on time.
