Problem: The State Tax Agency—not—has rejected your State Tax Return because you efiled it with your Federal Tax Return and the IRS rejected your Federal Return. State returns cannot be accepted until Federal Returns are accepted by the IRS first.

Sign into your account:, click File on the left side menu of your account screen, and follow all the on-screen prompts to re-efile your State Return (and your Federal return, if you have not done so yet) at no extra charge.
