Your Tax Return needs a correction because it was rejected by the IRS—not eFile.com.
Solution: Please sign in to your eFile.com account now and click on "My Return" in the upper left. The IRS database indicates a First Time Homebuyer Installment Payment is due for the Primary SSN. Click on Federal Taxes → Review on the green columnn on the left side. Then on the right side click on "I'd like to see all federal forms" . Enter and search in the Federal Forms box "5405" and click on "+ Add form". Include the amount on schedule 2 (Form 1040). Form 5405 needs to be included with your return. Then continue to check out and e-file again at no charge.
Or, review the Tax Return Status message on the right and follow these instructions. If it's not clear, try to re-efile at no additional charge, or contact us immediately.
