2025 Tax Reform, OBBA

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act or OBBBA was signed into law by President Donald Trump on July 4, 2025. 

The legislation permanently extends the individual tax rates from the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which were set to expire at the end of tax year 2025.

The law includes hundreds of provisions covering tax policy, spending, immigration enforcement, and social programs.
