You can prepare your return now but if you try to efile one of the aforementioned forms, the software will give you a notice that your return can't be efiled.
This affects all tax preparation providers, online and offline. All IRS forms are expected to be available by the first week of March. Once IRS announces the exact date, we will let you know.
