- e-Collect (DFFR) Deduct Tax Preparation Fee from Refund through direct bank deposit: Your expected tax refund will be transferred from the IRS to your bank minus the tax preparation fee (for Premium service). An e-Collect (DFFR) fee of only $10.00 will be charged for this service. Some banks will charge up to $29.95 for this transfer. This fee is charged by eFile's e-Collect partner, EPS FINANCIAL, and is automatically deducted from your expected tax refund.

This eFile feature allows you to start an online tax return for free. At any time you can Stop' n Go: stop and save your information, then go watch a movie or run errands and come back later. After you have signed back in, eFile will remember where you left off and you can continue from there.
